Very disappointed in service

I had sent a mail 14 days back asking a question about the product and till date no reply. How do you expect a rating for a product I still haven't used. I feel like your company is only interested in selling and not customer satisfaction. Even check my chat messages no reply there too. Very disappointed.

Saputo whey Protein is pure whey with good satiety. And really very light to digest. Being unflavored allows us to add any flavour of our choice. Packing was double box with lamination. Courier service delivered the package on time.
