At ASES, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed through www.ases.in may be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.

  • Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by ASES.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation will be considered valid only after written confirmation is provided by ASES.


2. Orders Already Dispatched

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable).


3. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.


4. Cancellation by ASES

ASES reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made).
