Sodium Phosphate Dibasic Anhydrous is an odorless, colourless, sand-like, white powdered chemical used in the manufacturing of detergents. It improves the ability of different detergent components to pervade deeper into the fibres of clothes, as well as other surfaces and materials to be cleaned.

BENEFITS AND APPLICATIONS-

• Our sodium phosphate dibasic is used in detergents as a pH buffer to increase the life of the garments.
• It removes soap scum and insoluble salts from your clothes.
• It has no odour, so using it will not bother your breathing and, additionally, it will not leave any smell on your clothes.
• It aids in foaming and bubbling during washing.
• It's also used to create starch, as an emulsifier in meals, and to make enamels and ceramics.
• It is also used to treat constipation and cleanse the gut before a colonoscopy.

HOW IT WORKS-

• It acts as a water softener and an emulsifier to prevent fading of clothing fibers.
• It works by removing dirt and oil from the clothing and prevents it from being redeposited during the wash.

CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY-

• It is recommended that it should be used at a concentration of 5 to 20%.
• It is soluble in water but is insoluble in alcohol.

HOW TO USE-

• Take a portion of the sodium phosphate dibasic at a temperature above about 80 °C for a bucket of water.
• Mix it with the formulation at a temperature above 80° C.
• Blend them properly until solid granules of sodium phosphate dibasic are homogeneously mixed with the other ingredients.
