Oil Karanjia

DESCRIPTION- Our karanja oil is a plant-based, 100% natural oil derived from the seeds of the Pongamia oil tree, which is a native of tropical and temperate Asia. The oil is popularly used for culinary and medical purposes, and it is also widely used in cosmetics. Various face creams, lip glosses, moisturizers, shampoos, and soaps contain karanja oil.

HOW IT WORKS-

• It works by absorbing moisture from the air and locking it onto the upper layers of your skin.

CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY-

• It is recommended that a concentration of 1 to 100% should be used.
• It is soluble in oil but is insoluble in water and alcohol.

HOW TO USE- 

• Prepare the oil and water phases of your DIY formulation separately.
• Heat both the phases using a double boiler.
• Add our karanja oil to the heated oil phase while constantly stirring it.
• Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the oil phase. We recommend using our lavender or pine oil for the best results.
• Blend the water and oil phases using a mini-mixer or a mixing spoon until a consistent mixture is obtained.
• Add active ingredients and artificial colouring to the final phase as per your requirement.
