Rs. 350.00
The most frequent naturally occurring plant hormone in the auxin class is indole-3-acetic acid. It is the most well-known auxin and has been the focus of substantial research by plant physiologists. It is an indole derivative with a carboxymethyl substituent. It is an odourless, colourless solid that dissolves in polar organic solvents.
Molecular Formulae- C10H9NO2
Alternative Names- Heteroauxin
ADVANTAGES AND USES
- Indole-3-acetic acid has multiple cell growth actions, including cell division, elongation, leaf autonomic loss, and the production of buds, roots, flowers, and fruit.
- It promotes organ development and fertility in plants.
- Indole-3-acetic acid boosts plant development and maximises production.
- It neutralises acidic and alkaline soils while also regulating pH levels.
- It promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the soil and maintains its health.
HOW IT WORKS
- It works by providing essential hormones to the plants that help in boosting crop production.
- Indole-3-acetic acid works by promoting cell growth, production of buds, and faster growth of flowers and fruits.
TIME OF APPLICATION
- It can be used all year round.
- It can be used once a month since it is not taken up by the plants and will remain in the soil for a long time.
RECOMMENDED USAGE-
- The recommended usage is 1 to 2% weight by volume.
- For solid application, use 0.5-2 kg/acre, depending on the type of the crop.
HOW TO USE
- Our indole-3-acetic acid after mixing with ethanol should be added to a sprayer or mixing tank that is already filled with fresh water.
- Spray directly on the soil or near the plants’ roots.
