I have been buying HPMC 200,000 cps from Asec Chem for my manufacturing work. The earlier batches gave excellent thickening and consistent quality. However, the last two orders have not performed like the previous material, even though I used the same formula and process.
I hope Asec Chem checks this quality issue and maintains consistent quality in future batches. I am sharing this feedback so the company can improve its quality control.
