• Heat the water phase and the oil phase separately until they reach 70^oC. 
• Now mix the water phase to the oil phase
• Stir continuously with moderate agitation for 3 minutes until the mixture homogenizes. 
• As it cools down add hyaluronic acid powder and stir until it dissolves completely.
