I Thought Its Plain Bottom Bottle, Which Is Basically My Mistake, I Just Need Help In Exchange It With The Plain Bottom 1liter Bottle, Please Guide Me With The Process.

Apparently, there has been a MIX UP in the ORDER, as I received a USED vensil bottle (NOT BOROSIL!). It looks defective too. Can I return this?
