HOW IT WORKS-

CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY-
- It is generally used at a concentration of 5% to 20% depending on the formulation.
- It is soluble in water and is insoluble in ether, chloroform, benzene, and oils.
HOW TO USE-
- Melt the water phase ingredients and heat until melted and uniform at 80°C.
- Add oil phase ingredients and mix until uniform. Begin cooling batch to 75°C.
- Add Phase C and mix until clear. Pour samples at 75°C.
- Ascorbic acid is not a stable form of Vitamin C

HOW TO USE-
- Mix 1 teaspoon of pure powdered ascorbic acid into 2 cups of water.
- Allow 3 to 5 minutes for the fruits or meat to soak in the solution.
- Remove the fruit and allow it to drain completely.
