HOW TO USE-
- Put 2 cups of caster sugar, 3/4 cups of water, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar in a pan, mix the ingredients, and heat to 240 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Transfer the syrup to glass containers to cool.
