Acid slurry is a highly active substance with a low salt concentration that is easily miscible with water. The acid slurry is also often employed in a variety of compositions. The acid slurry is commonly used in the production of synthetic laundry detergent powders and liquids.

HOW IT WORKS-

CONCENTRATION AND SOLUBILITY-

• It is recommended that it should be used at a concentration of 5 to 8%.
• It is soluble in water but is insoluble in alcohol.

HOW TO USE-

• Take a portion of the acid slurry that is above 80 °C and place it in a bucket of water.
• Mix it with the formulation at a temperature above 80° C.
• Blend them properly until the acid slurry is homogeneously mixed with the other ingredients.
